We take a margin on what a company pays for a task and show the worker their rate. That is the whole business model, and it means we only earn once work has actually been delivered.

If you are asked for any of these, you are not on ClaimGigs.
You earn 10% of the commission ClaimGigs makes on work your referral completes, for 12 months, capped at $200.00 per person you refer. Nothing at all is paid for a signup on its own. If the person you invited never completes a task, the referral earns nothing. That is deliberate: we would rather you invited people who actually want the work.
You set the rate you are willing to pay for one accepted unit of work and fund the task up front. We charge that rate for each submission you accept. Rejected submissions cost you nothing, and any budget you did not use is released back to your wallet when the task closes.
Worked example
The worker is paid a published share of your rate. They are shown their own figure and never yours. The platform margin is not visible to them, and there is no commission line on their earnings.

Worker rates vary by category: microtasks starts around $0.08 per unit, while research and transcription run considerably higher. Set your rate above the worker rate for the category you are posting into.
