Four steps. The first one is free and so is every step after it.
Email and phone, then a quick device check. No membership fee, no unlock fee, no card. You land in the marketplace, not behind a paywall.
Every listing shows what it pays in US dollars, how long it should take and exactly what the reviewer will look for. Claiming holds a slot for three times the estimated time so nobody else takes it while you work.
Answer in the form, attach files, and your draft autosaves as you go. Review-and-confirm before anything is sent, so a half-finished submission never reaches a client.
Approval releases the money to your wallet. Withdraw from $5, see the fee and the shilling amount before you confirm, and nothing is deducted afterwards.
The detail
Claiming a task reserves one of its slots for 3 times the estimated duration. A 20-minute task gives you an hour. Nobody else can take that slot while you hold it.
Your submission saves every 20 seconds with a visible indicator. Close the tab, lose signal, come back later. The draft is still there until the claim expires.
A reviewer approves, rejects or asks for a revision, and must leave a comment either way. On a task with double-pass QA, a second independent reviewer sees it before it counts.
Verification
You do not hand over an ID to start. You hand one over when you want to take real money out.
Email, phone number and a device check at signup. Nothing else.
A government ID and a liveness check. Triggered at your first withdrawal or once you pass $20.00 lifetime earnings, whichever comes first.
Getting paid
Everything below is shown on screen before you confirm, with the exact shilling figure that will arrive.
We lock the USD to KSh exchange rate for 15 minutes when you reach the confirmation screen, and the rate you were shown is the rate stored against the withdrawal. If the market moves in that window, it moves at our expense, not yours. Nothing else is deducted.

Set your per-unit rate and how many units you need. Budget is held when the task goes live and released back if it does not all get used.
Work and criteria side by side. Approve, reject with a reason, or request a revision. Approval releases payment to the worker automatically.
Pull results as CSV, duplicate the task for the next batch, and adjust the rate based on what the first run told you about difficulty.
